小小的满足感

this is my lab work.....(techniques in biotech)

we are going to culture the bacteria from the different places on PDA plates to get single colony....

then we need to extract the DNA ..... amplify......and observe.... and so on and so on..........

tis experiment take many days and many hours......

though is tiring , but i rili enjoy it......

i felt worry coz this is my 1st time to streak bacteria on the PDA plates.....(my frens all tried b4 except me)

i know im not skillfull enough yet ....but i still can get single colony as i didnt expected that !

abit happy and satisfied lar!!

bacteria from car exos...... not bad, there are several single colonies.....

this one have less single colony.....>.<

this one........er..............got some single colony kua...........

this one?? got oso bah..........

this one not bad le, obviously got single colonies there !!
