my 1st complaint letter
went tm point for 3rd time just to change my streamyx pack.

met a bad malay guy
who give me a very bad service
going to complain him
because
for me
he is over
submitted.
I am not satisfy with one of the staff member in penang main branch , which is located in penang burmah road. His name is Zamani , he is a malay guy , without spectacles , with a spiky hair , and he is not too tall. He is the one responsible for counter 6.
I am very sad to pick 'poor' for the service quality above, since i never receive any quality service from this guy.
I went tm point to submit my application form for Uni Pack. When it is my turn , i sat down, he never wish me good morning. Is okay , the worse is , he never look at my face and keep quiet , fine , i still can tolerate with him.
When i asked about the details about the monthly cost for this package , he just give me one word answer , he never explain to me more than that to make sure i am really clear with the package. Fine , i still can tolerate with that.
Okay , the last question , is sad to said this is just the second question i dare to ask , ' can i know when you guys coming to fix my internet? ' He just pretend he cannnot hear me, although our distance is only few cm's far.
Few minutes later before i leave the counter , i asked him again about the date which the internet can be fix , dare him !! He stare at me with unpleasant face , and said ' already written in your confirmation slip ! '. I leave the counter , he never said 'thank you' or 'good bye' to me too.
I really don't understand ! Did i give him any trouble ? Why he want to serve me like this ? Honestly i still got several questions need to ask for clear ,his attitude shown that he even don't want to answer 1 question from me.
I want to see the customer manager but she is not in her office. What can i do is just go home with a spoiled mood. I felt miserable and dissapointed with this kind of service !
Customer always the right ! Why i need to look at his face expression or his mood to decide what kind of service he going to give me ?
I am the customer ! I have the right to recieve good service from you all. This is the very basic and simple rule in a service
company !
I didn't recive a GOOD service is still fine , at least you give me a SATISFACTORY service, but never POOR service like this !
I wish anyone there can take this matter into consideration. Although this matter seems just like a very small problem , the consequences will be serious when there are more and more people know about the 'ugly site' of tm point.
